Before booking a package remember.........
*An initial consultation (approx. 1-2 hours) is compulsory for all new clients this is included when booking a package, £40 otherwise. 
*Anything up to 80% of your results will be down to what you eat! You cannot rely on training alone! Diet and nutrition are key! Therefore ensure you are FULLY committed in order to reach those goals! 
I'm not about the quick fixes, the fad diets. Instead I want to share my diet and exercise knowledge to not only help you reach those short term goals but to give you knowledge you can take away with you to lead a happier, healthier lifestyle.


Crunch Month Programme -12 sessions over four weeks

Get a fitter & leaner body in only 4 weeks! Suitable for everyone from beginners to the intermediate, this programme is designed to work on strength, cardiovascular fitness and flexibility.



Two Week Body Blitz (10 personal training sessions in 2 weeks)
Designed for you to achieve the best results possible in just ten days, but be prepared to work hard as the results won't come easy! Each session includes intensive cardiovascular and strength training before concluding with a full body stretch.



Fat Loss Programme -24 sessions 
(Three one-to-one training sessions per week, over eight weeks)

Fat loss is a goal that many people struggle with, but together with my knowledge and your full commitment its something we can achieve. Not only will you get three full body workouts per week all made suited to your fitness level, but you will gain a wealth of knowledge to take away with you. Extra workouts will be given to complete away from our sessions. If your committed to your goal, expect to see great results!
